$2.5B green field development in the center of the Las Vegas "Strip" opened in 2007 for parent company Las Vegas Sands (the Venetian) and recently sold to Apollo as part of a $6.25B acquisition. Features 3,000 rooms, 1,000 slots, 50 table games, 20 restaurants, 10 bars, a nightclub, and showroom.

Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
$4B green field development in the center of the Las Vegas "Strip" opened in 2010 for Deutsche Bank and recently sold to MGM for $5.6B. Features 2,995 rooms, 1,000 slots, 50 table games, 30 restaurants, 10 bars, a nightclub, and concert venue.

The Linq Hotel & Casino
$30M renovation to create the first ever "Casino of the Future" catering to a younger demographic in the heart of the Las Vegas "Strip". The project entailed augmented reality, virtual reality, precedent setting bar concepts, and the launch of modern sportsbook concept which was quickly replicated across the industry after the proliferation of sportsbetting, post PASPA. The property features 1,000 rooms, 1,000 slots, 20 tables, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, and an entertainment venue.

Hard Rock Sioux City
$125M green field development in the heart of Sioux City, IA (MSA ~100,000) developed and opened in partnership with MHRD, the local non-profit license-holder which was recently sold to Churchill Downs as part of a $2.75B acquisition. Features 52 rooms, 800 slots, 20 table games, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, and an entertainment venue.

Hard Rock Casino Lake Tahoe
$60M renovation and rebranding from the Horizon Casino in partnership with a local ownership group in 2016, which was recently sold to Gold Nugget. Features 400 rooms, 500 slots, 20 tables, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, and an entertainment venue.

Spokane Tribe Casino
$45M green field master-planned development in Spokane, WA (MSA ~1,000,000) developed and opened on behalf of the Spokane Tribe of Indians in 2018. The property is presently completing their 3rd phase of the masterplan, adding a hotel tower and more than tripling the original scope of the project just as the original master plan had prepared for. Features 100 rooms, 1,000 slots, 20 tables, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, and an entertainment venue.
